When the switch is tilted more than a certain angle (this angle is controlled by the cone angle), the steel ball slides along the tapered wall to the opening under the action of gravity, blocking the infrared light path and cutting off the infrared receiving transistor. Then cut off the power supply of machine.
In addition, the steel balls are far away from the hole, allowing light to pass through and turning on the infrared receiving transistor. The machine works.
Compared with the traditional dump switch with electric shock, the advantages of A2TS-H are as follows:
1) There is no contact, there is no contact due to rust leading to poor contact.
2) The tilting angle can be customized, and it can be moved in 360 degrees without dead ends.
Disadvantages: It can only be used as a signal, and other circuits are needed to assist.
