Two Classifications Of Liquid Level Sensors

There are two types: contact type, including single flange static pressure/double flange differential pressure level transmitter, floating ball type level transmitter, magnetic level transmitter, input type level transmitter, electric inner floating ball level transmitter, electric float level transmitter, capacitive type level transmitter, magnetostrictive level transmitter, servo level transmitter, etc. The second type is non-contact, which includes ultrasonic liquid level transmitter, radar liquid level transmitter and so on.

Static pressure input level transmitter (level gauge) is suitable for liquid level measurement of various mediums in petrochemical, metallurgical, electric power, pharmaceutical, water supply and drainage, environmental protection systems and industries. The delicate structure, simple adjustment and flexible installation provide convenience for users to use easily. Standard signal output modes such as 4-20mA, 0-5v, 0-10mA are selected by users according to their needs.

Using hydrostatics principle to measure liquid level is an important application of pressure sensor. The special cable with ventilation duct in the middle and special sealing technology are used to ensure the water tightness of the sensor and the connection between the reference pressure chamber and the environmental pressure, thus ensuring the high accuracy and stability of the measurement.
