When the main and auxiliary oil pumps supply oil is interrupted, the high-level oil tank will flow along the oil inlet pipe and flow into the lubrication points by gravity to maintain the lubrication needs of the unit during idle travel. The oil storage capacity of the high-level fuel tank should generally be maintained at a fuel supply time of not less than 5 minutes. Too high or low oil level in the lubricant tank will have the following effects:
The oil level in the lubricating oil tank is too high, which may cause oil spills, but it will mainly affect the degassing of the upper space of the oil tank, and then affect the oil return of the unit.
The oil tank level is too low, the lubricating oil pump will be evacuated, which will cause the lubricating oil pressure to fluctuate. The bearing temperature of the unit will be too high, and the unit is likely to stop.
In daily life, there is usually a function of water shortage protection in many household appliances, such as humidifiers, aromatherapy machines, and coffee machines. Install a water level sensor at the bottom of the water tank to detect the water level change. When the sensor detects the lack of water inside the water tank, it will give a signal reminder. After the device receives the signal, the control circuit is powered off to protect the device from damage caused by continuous dry burning of the device.
