The photoelectric oil-water interface sensor uses the difference in conductivity between oil and water media. The light is at the interface of the two different media, so that the reflected light intensity received by the light-receiving transistor inside the sensor is different, which corresponds to two different switching states. The oil-water interface sensor can detect the height of the oil-water interface and output related signals to achieve the purpose of detecting the height of the oil-water interface.
