The garment ironing machine uses hot steam to iron clothes. Heating water to produce steam requires a water tank to hold water. As the steam evaporates, water is also slowly losing. In order to protect the equipment from damage due to non-water work, water level detection is required, that is, a water level sensor needs to be installed in the water tank.
Generally, for this kind of application, a photoelectric water level sensor can be used. A water level sensor can only detect the change of liquid level at one point, so the sensor can be installed at the low level of the water tank.
The water level sensor DFS-IR1907 sends out a signal to remind by detecting the change of the water level. When the water level is relatively high and the liquid is immersed in the lens, the light is refracted into the liquid, causing the receiver to fail to receive or receive a small amount of light. When there is no water, the light emitted by the light-emitting diode will be reflected from the lens to the receiver of the sensor. The equipment receives the sensor signal, and when it determines that there is no water, it will send a signal to remind you to add water.
The photoelectric water level sensor not only has high accuracy, simple structure, no need for debugging, but also has the characteristics of high pressure and high temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance, stable chemical properties, and small impact on the measured medium.
