The Principle of Photoelectric Liquid Level Sensor:
It has a photosensitive receiver and a near-infrared light-emitting diode inside.
If no liquid is detected, the light emitted by the diode will be directly reflected back to the receiver in the Prisms;
If liquid is detected, the light emitted by the diode will be refracted in the liquid, making the receiver unable to receive or receive only a small amount of light.
The sensor output different electrical signals in water or without water, and the photosensitive receiver receives the signal.
Then the receiver can drive the switch to activate an external alarm or control circuit.
The Function of Photoelectric Liquid Level Sensor:
A) It is installed at the bottom of the equipment (or other positions that can realize this function).
When the water level in the equipment is lower than the sensor, the sensor sends a signal to indicate the water shortage status, the equipment stops working and automatically enters the state of adding water.
B) It is installed on the top of the equipment (or other positions that can realize this function).
1. When the sensor detects that there is no water or the equipment is less than 20%, it will give an alarm prompt.
And the device will automatically add water.
2. When the water level of the equipment rises to a certain position, the sensor will send out an alarm prompt.
