Capacitance level switch is a non-mechanical product with no moving parts inside. It has the characteristics of no debugging and no calibration. At the same time, the float-type liquid level sensor is susceptible to scale, the scale will cause the float to gain weight, the weight of the float will affect the accuracy, while the float-type liquid level sensor has a low precision. Compared with the float level switch, the installation process of capacitive level sensor is simpler and more reliable.
Non-contact detection is the biggest advantage of capacitive liquid level sensor, so it is suitable for liquid level monitoring of clean drinking water, such as coffee machine, water dispenser, water purifier, etc., it will avoid the care about the water is polluted in the tank, which is more hygienic and the internal debris, and the performance of the level sensor can not be affected, which can provide users with safer and more reliable protection.
Therefore, whether it is to achieve low liquid level detection or high liquid level detection, a capacitance level probe can be used. These level sensors have the advantage of non-contact detection. Water shortage protection, anti-overflow reminder, and automatic water addition function can be realized. The disadvantage of the capacitance level probe is that it cannot be used in the water tank with metal material, and the metal container material is more suitable for the photoelectric liquid level sensor. The photoelectric level sensor is a highly reliable level sensor, but its installation requires an opening. The non-contact split type liquid level sensor does not need to be opened, but the water tank needs to be transparent material, which also has restrictions on the water tank container, which is not as convenient as the capacitive liquid level sensor.
