Separate level sensors are commonly used in dehumidifiers to detect changes in the level of the internal water tank, which outputs a signal when the water rises to the sensor position. This realizes the function of full water reminder to prevent overflow.
The separated level sensor is non-contact, the prism is separate from the sensor. A prism needs to be designed on the water tank (can be assisted by our structural engineers) if you use a separate liquid level sensor, the prism can be integrated with the water tank, avoiding the cost increase.
The separate photoelectric liquid level sensor adopts the principle of optical reflection, it has a built-in transmitting and receiving tube. When the liquid does not cover the prism, the light emitted by the transmitting tube directly returns to the receiver; When the liquid covers the prism, the light is refracted in the liquid, so only a small amount of light can be received or not received. Separate photoelectric liquid level sensor is not affected by temperature, pressure, magnetic, corrosive, etc., so it has high reliability, long life, maintenance-free, free of debugging, free of calibration features, it can be applied directly.
